Dalam rangka memenuhi Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”) No. 33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, dengan ini Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran diri Bapak Ezar Kumendong selaku Direktur Perseroan dan Bapak Suparno Djasmin selaku Presiden Komisaris Perseroan pada tanggal 29 Maret 2023. / In order to comply with the Financial Services Authority ("OJK") Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies, the Company hereby announces that the Company has received the resignation letters of Mr. Ezar Kumendong as the Director of the Company and Mr. Suparno Djasmin as the President Commissioner of the Company on March 29th, 2023.
